After almost four years of silence, Food Network’s highly popular show Iron Chef America is back! Finally, that void in your heart is filled once again but if you’re looking for more of the same old cooking show, take a seat. This incarnation will be new and improved. And who knows? Maybe the next Iron Chef will use crypto?

THE NEXT IRON CHEF AMERICA BACK WITH VENGEANCE; CRYPTO NEXT?

For the most part, the next Iron Chef America will have many familiar qualities as the old series. Celebrity chef and food science whizz Alton Brown will be back to host. Furthermore, the show will have everyone’s favorite cooking battles inside the realms of “Kitchen Stadium.” But before we go celebrating, let’s take a look at the inside of this iconic show and see if it’s really good for America.

IS THE NEXT IRON CHEF REALLY GOOD FOR AMERICA; CRYPTO SAVES THE DAY

What’s really the point of the next Iron Chef America? Will it solve problems that the old series failed to solve? Will it do anything beneficial besides making money for The Food Network? Sure, one could make the argument that this show will entertain fans and that alone is worth everything. However, why is it all about entertainment? If a chef has a goal of making it big, shouldn’t they have other opportunities besides some competitive cooking show? Yes, they should. That answer lies in crypto.

CRYPTO WILL FIND THE NEXT IRON CHEF AMERICA

Alton Brown said himself that during the four years of the show’s absence, many chefs came up to him and said they’d love to be on the show. They knew that it meant instant fame and success. However, these chefs don’t T.V. to get successful. With new technology like crypto and blockchain, any talented chef can get funding for their skills and launch their dreams. For example, let’s say Johnny Chef wants to open up a restaurant. He submits his proposal on a crowdfunding platform like YouToken and launches his own “mini ICO.” From there, investors fund Johnny’s unique skill and he goes on to create a Michelin star restaurant. Yes, that’s the best case scenario but that’s not the point. The point is there are other options besides television fame these days and we should take advantage of it.
