1. DON’T EAT LIKE A TOURIST
Whenever you get the chance, ask locals where to go. Just ensure that they understand that you want to go to the place where they go, not the place where tourists go. 2. FOLLOW COMMON FOOD – SENSE
Get bottled water only. Choose uncut fruits and vegetables. Avoid raw meat, raw vegetables, and raw dairy products. Wash your hands regularly, and, most importantly, eat hot and freshly cooked meals. Not food that’s been sitting in an old pan alongside the road. In addition, if you want to be extra careful, avoid beef and poultry.
