You are probably wondering how to make an amazing fat-free potato dish. The answer is here. These baked french fries are not only fat-free but also healthy. They contain absolutely no fat and no chemicals and thus do no harm to your thighs and your bottom.
Step 1: Boil Your Potatoes
Scrub the veggies up and remove any eyes / spots you may find. Add some cold water to your pot. Slice up your potatoes (3/4″ to an inch wide and thick) and drop them in.
Boil your potatoes for 5 minutes, drain them and then put them back into the pot.
Step 2: Add Spices
Add one teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of flour, add onion powder, a little bit of paprika and chili into the potatoes in the pot. Salt and pepper are optional. Put the lid on top of the pot, hold it tight and then shake the dish up holding both the pot and the lid.
Step 3: Bake Your “Babies”
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Take out the potatoes and put them evenly on a cookie sheet. Put the cookie sheet into the oven. Bake your “babies” for about 20 minutes.
When the fries are ready, they will look slightly browned. Enjoy your meal!
